How it works
We start with a free relaxed, no-pressure 15-minute conversation to understand what's going on in your relationship and whether this approach feels right for you.
Next we meet outdoors for calm, structured walking sessions where you'll be supported to communicate openly, understand each other more clearly, and move through challenges together.
Over time, you'll develop healthier communication patterns, feel more heard, and begin to reconnect in a more meaningful way.
